Terms of Use

Short version: be 18 or older, post your own outfit, judge on the clothes, and treat people well. The long version is below.

1. Who can use Kadak

• You must be 18 or older.
• One account per person, under your own Google account. No bots, no shared accounts.
• You agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy when you sign in.

2. Your Looks

• You own the photos you post. You give us permission to show them in Battles, the Feed, Lineups, Recaps and share pages, and to make the Covered versions of them, for as long as the Look is live.
• Post photos of yourself, or of someone who has agreed to be posted. Never post someone else’s photo without their consent.
• In Battles your face is always covered, for everyone. You choose whether the Feed shows your face.
• Delete a Look, or your account, and we stop showing it.

3. What is not allowed

• Nudity or sexual content. Violence. Hate. Harassment of any member.
• Pretending to be someone else.
• Photos of anyone under 18.
• Spam, ads, or links in captions and Notes.
• Gaming the Picks: coordinated voting, multiple accounts, or scripts.
• Reverse engineering or scraping the app or its API.

4. Moderation

Every photo passes an automated check before it goes live. Members can report a Look or a member from the app, and can block anyone. We may remove a Look, take a Look out of a Lineup, or suspend or delete an account that breaks these rules, with or without notice. To appeal, write to [email protected].

5. Battles, Lineups and rewards

• Rankings come from members’ Picks and a rating formula we may tune. Daily results are final once settled.
• Lineups, XP, streaks and any rewards are features of the game, not money. We may change or end them. Where a reward is a voucher from a partner, the partner’s terms apply.
• Raffles are not running. If we start one, its own rules will be published here first.

6. The service

Kadak is in beta. It may change, pause or stop. We give it to you as it is, without warranties, and our liability to you is limited to what the law does not let us exclude. Nothing here limits liability for fraud or for anything that cannot be limited under Indian law.

7. Apple and Google

These Terms are between you and Kuzushi LLP. Apple and Google are not parties, do not sponsor Kadak, and have no obligations to you under these Terms.

8. Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes go to the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.

9. Changes and contact
